Marci Wallace-Baldanza is a financial professional with a passion for helping business owners bridge the gap between where they are and where they want to be.

She began her career in financial services, then stepped away to build, grow, and sell several successful businesses of her own. Those years gave her firsthand insight into the challenges and opportunities that entrepreneurs face — from managing growth to finding trustworthy financial partners who truly understand the business owner’s world.

When Marci and her husband, retired Army Colonel Andre Baldanza, moved to Texas in 2020, they were searching for a financial solution that simply didn’t exist. That search led her back to the industry she loves, where she now serves as part of the Diamond Client Group, a firm dedicated to providing business owners and their families with integrated tax strategies, treasury management, investment options, and consulting services that go far beyond the traditional financial model.

Marci’s approach is rooted in empathy and experience — she speaks the language of entrepreneurs because she’s lived it.

Outside of her professional work, Marci is active in her local church and the Tony Robbins community. She and Andre live in North Texas with their two children — one attending Texas A&M University and one finishing high school — and share a love for travel, great food, and meaningful conversations that move people forward.
